ChatGPT App Privacy Supplement

This supplement explains how FoxPrint handles images and order information when you use the Print with FoxPrint app inside ChatGPT. It works together with the main FoxPrint Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Information FoxPrint receives

FoxPrint receives the image you explicitly choose to print and the print selections needed to prepare it, such as size, quantity, crop, rotation, and orientation. The app also creates an anonymous session identifier so your print job cannot be accessed by another session. If you continue to checkout, FoxPrint and Shopify receive the contact, shipping, and order information you enter there.

The service temporarily uses your network address to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse. The ChatGPT app does not use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking.

How we use information

We use this information only to show the preview, evaluate likely print quality, create the print configuration and checkout, produce and deliver an order, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, handle reprints or disputes, and meet tax and legal obligations. We do not use submitted images to train AI models and do not sell them.

Service providers and recipients

Images and print-session data may be processed by FoxPrint infrastructure and Amazon Web Services for secure hosting. Shopify receives the information needed to create and operate checkout. Payment providers, production partners, and shipping carriers receive only the information needed to complete payment, produce the print, and deliver the package. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable agreements with FoxPrint.

Storage, retention, and deletion

• Anonymous app-session tokens expire after 24 hours.
• Network-address rate-limit records remain in memory for no more than two minutes.
• Uploaded images and print-session metadata are deleted from active app storage within 30 days after the last app or order activity.
• If an infrastructure backup temporarily contains an uploaded image, that backup expires within 30 additional days.
• Order, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and shipping records may be retained for up to seven years when required for support, disputes, accounting, or law.

You may request access or earlier deletion through FoxPrint support. We will delete information that is not still required for an active order, dispute, security investigation, or legal recordkeeping obligation.

Checkout and shipping

Payment and shipping details are collected through FoxPrint checkout on foxprint.com. Shopify and shipping carriers receive the information needed to process payment, prepare the order, and deliver the package.
